Telstra have put a radial 4 into a Kombi.07 Apr 2007 05:48 GMT2
Go to www.bigpond.com and you get this Flash popup of a Kombi.  You
drag your pointer around to the boot and it opens to
reveal........well you tell me what kind of engine that is.  It
certainly ain't a flat four.
Well, I just got an XU8...some Q's07 Apr 2007 04:27 GMT143
As you may recall not that long ago I purchased a VTII SS auto.  Well,
I got pretty sick and tired of the auto and the serious lack of low-
end torque in the gen 3.  I'm not an auto person but I thought I'd at
least give it ago.

ATTN: David Z and your CRV, Fugly 2008 WRX06 Apr 2007 15:15 GMT8
Pft, and you reckon I was silly for buying a WRX that is about to
superseded. If I wanted a car that looks like this I'd visit my local Daewoo
dealer. But then you drive a CRV, so who give a fsck what you think:

Question about the Chevy Volt, GM's Hybrid Car06 Apr 2007 12:56 GMT1
Because of the growing consumer focus on fuel efficiency, money is
flowing out of GM and Ford while Toyota and Honda are getting richer
and richer. However, GM plans to release an electric vehicle called
the Chevy Volt, a plug-in electric hybrid. See http://www.chevrolet ...

Exactly what constitutes a 'hoon'?06 Apr 2007 12:34 GMT76
Sorry it's long, but it needs some explaining.
It should be noted I am a 34 year old married father of 2, with no criminal
history, no P plates, and I don't even remember the last time I got a
speeding fine. Also, my car is a bog standard AU Falcon. No modifications,
yellow lights the same as red06 Apr 2007 12:19 GMT6
An article in the Canberra Times on Monday reported a case where
someone had been fined for going through a yellow light at an
intersection. In fact, initially, he was only issued with a warning
but he decided to appeal. So they upgraded the warning to an offense

Sonar Tyres06 Apr 2007 04:50 GMT37
I am about to get new tyres for my car. I don't do any seriously fast
driving. I don't hoon down the Princes Highway on Friday nights. I
usually drive under 80km/h travelling to and from work on some days or
to and from a train station on other days.
