Can someone with a better brain of understanding than my own, explain this. 1. The US is in deep sh.t.........so they reduce interst rates. 2. Australia is healthy (so we keep getting told) ...interest rates keep going up.

They've been standard equipment on most cars since the 1970's, so how come so few people seem to know know the correct way to set 'em up? I'm used to having readjust them everytime I drive someone else's car, or a hire car, but the point was really driven home last time I left

I once had to recharge a flat beaurepaire battery and it went reverse charge on me! Put it back in the car and it blew my fuses. Took it back and they seemed to not believe me til they checked the charge and then tried to blame me for reverse charging it but no freakin way did I ...
