It looks like the fuel-price yoyo game has turned an increasing number of people to buy used buzz-boxes, or at least 4cylinder larger cars. In the case of Commodores, the early V6 models gave reasonable economy. We could get around 470 ks (hi-way) out of the VP and VR wagons at work

Replaced the front shockers in my VH commy recently and noticed that it was sitting up a lot higher (round about 70mm!) I purchased a set of MONROE T-GAS shockers from repco and told them they were for a blue 6cyl 202. I remember when I went to fit them that the

Another poster mentioned in an earlier post about the quantity of lights some trucks have. I agree. Some of them are done up like Christmas trees and I was wanting to ask what is the minimal amount of lights a truck is required to have? With all those lights blazing, it must put ...

| VT Commodore air bag light stays on. | 31 Jul 2008 06:41 GMT | 20 |
My 98 VT exec sedan V6 has the SRS light always on and an audible alarm also after start up. What could I look for? I might have to get a service manual for body electronics. The module for control appears to be under the console behind the gearstick.

| Has the fuel price dropped in your district yet? | 31 Jul 2008 01:01 GMT | 12 |
Interesting when the price of a barrel goes up, price increases are common within a day or two yet here it's been almost a week and still no price drop. Coastal Central - Southern Qld. What about your districts?
