The manual supplied with vehicle may not answer my question. Can the onboard computer that monitors fuel economy be reset? Since I purchased this car, it remains at 12.1 litres/100 Km's with 455 km's endurance.

Has anyone tried running halogen driving lamps in conjunction with HID headlamps? I'm guessing that the difference in colour temperatures probably won't make for an effective combination.

A quick update for those interested. All of our stock has survived the fire, with the exception of a few Electronic Ignition Kits. The office which was on a mezzazine floor is completely destroyed.

Mate has a '91 Statesman 5litre and on a recent trip we averaged 10.3lit per 100 klms. Unbelievable! That's better than some V6's. Roger
