Hi, proud owner of this "new" vehicle. Owners manual in French, can't figure
out for sure what the Bar position is on the little display, vacuum pressure
in engine? or so? Any hints? Normal value for this gadget?

yesterday I was invited to the presentation of the new A6 at my
dealer.
In europe the A6 is generally presented these days and Austria is no
exception.

I need to replace the battery on the above car and I need to remove the
cover that runs the width of the engine compartment so I can get the battery
out. Any ideas on who to remove it?

My dealer built a blue tooth carkit in my 2004-A6. Apperntly, he didn't find
a appropriate way to guide the cable to the dashboard.
He decided to cut a corner of a dummy-switch and guided the cable thrue
there!

Well, I almost have the mechanical work done on my car.  The next step is
the body work.  I need to get her painted, a couple rust spots cleaned up,

My dear car has began to show signs of getting old and grumpy.

I have bought a 2004 A4 Avant which has a 6 disc in-dash changer Symhony
stereo which looks to be double-din sized.
I want to change this for a Blaunpnkt DAB-54 when they come out next month
but the Blaupunkt is single din height.

1998 Audi A6 Quattro.  Had a cam cover oil leak that damaged the timing
belt.  Replaced belt under an extended warranty.  Now the car blows lots of
visible smoke out both exhaust pipes right after starting the car.  Smoke
pretty well disappears after about 30 seconds, but not ...

My a4 '96 air con controller has begun to flicker on and off. Sometimes it
remains off until you touch the screen.  I suspect a lose connection, or
could this be symptomatic of the unit about to completely fail ? Anyone else
had a similar issue ?

I've had my new Audi A3 1.6 FSI for about four weeks now.  Right from the
start, the clutch pedal would vibrate pretty heavily when trying to get the
"bite" on it.  This would only generally happen when the car has got a
little bit warmer, nearer the 90 degree point on the temp ...
