I have '89 Audi 100 2.3E Avant (caravan) with LPG conversion. LPG tank is now where spare wheel used to be, and I now put spare wheel in another position, beneath the cover on the left (driver) side in the trunk.

| Strange coolant temp guage movement - 98 A4 V6 | 31 Jan 2005 16:02 GMT | 11 |
This just started happening. On cold mornings the engine takes a while to warm up - say 4-5 minutes after driving. Used to be much quicker. Now the really odd thing is the water temp gauge (no degrees, just marks) used to be just to the left (cool side) of top dead center when

| Galvanized car body | 31 Jan 2005 15:14 GMT | 4 |
Does Audi still galvanize their car bodies? I know my 5000cs turbo still looks good considering it is 18 years old. Also what other manufacturers do this beside Porsche? Does VW? Anyone know what it cost Audi to do this process?

| 1975 Audi Fox | 31 Jan 2005 03:01 GMT | 1 |
The second car that I owned in life was a '75 Audi Fox. I was in college and it was economical. It was also fast, handled well and had a lot of room inside. I loved the car despite its drawbacks.

| 1986 Audi 80 1.8l 90 hk | 28 Jan 2005 06:14 GMT | 3 |
I might buy this car, it's a car with one owner, 107000 km on the odometer. It's recently been repaired for around 1500 euro. The car appears in mint condition and the only rust visible is on the rear wheelbays(?).

I have 4 Audi A8 17" rims that I bought for my A6 Wagon. The tires on them are throw aways, they were wide performance tires and I never aligned the car when I put them on. These are factory A8 Rims in excellent condition.

I'm contemplating swapping the steering rack on my early 1988 UK A100 (split gaiter and leaks). I picked up a used replacement rack a while ago when one came up cheap, but the part no. is slightly different. I'd really like to know if the replacement will fit before I attempt this
