I've a 94 100 Avant.
Is there any way of telling whether it ever originally had remote
locking and the plib's been lost, or whether it was never fitted in the
first place?

my 89 audi 100 suddenly started acting up. it will only start with starting
fluid and then it won't idle. if the rpms go below 1400 it dies.

1999 Audi A-4 Avant wagon. With the wheel hard over to the right or left,
in a tight (parking lot) turn, there is a wobble and a low vibration in both
forward and reverse. Is this normal or is there a problem?

I have a 2001/Y Audi A4 with electric folding wing mirrors. This
weekend, it has apparently been attacked by somebody who wanted to
unfold one of the wing mirrors for a laugh. Unfortunately, they
instead managed to break it at the base where the mirror unit joins to

I'm close to purchasing an Audi 2005 A4 2.0T but find that my leg hits
the center console in a very noticeable way. I don't have this problem
with other cars I'm looking at, e.g. BMW 325, Infinity G35. Have
others who have experienced this with the Audi eventually gotten used ...

Like the subject says, will 225s fit on an 98 A4 with stock rims?
Right now I have stock rims which are 16" 205s. Could I transfer the
225s onto the stock rims or will I need a new set of rims in order to
handle this larger tire size?

How do I turn on the bi-xenon lights on my 2005 A6? I have tried all
positions of the light switch, low beam, high beam, you name it, but the

The headlight stalk on my 98 A4 is now randomly not engaging my low
headlight beams. I'll push the stalk all the way up to turn on the low
beams and if they don't turn on I push and wiggle (rather firmly) on
the headlight stalk towards the front of the car. Eventually a contact
