I have a 2000 A4 1.8T with 164,000 km's on it. Until recently my oil
temperature gauge would go up to either 80C or 100C depending on the season
and sit there. Now the gauge will start climbing when I accelerate to 120C.

I was driving my car when it lost all power. AA man had a good look & told
me the fuel pump is gone. To access it you go through the boot, screw off
the cover but I'm unsure how to take the fuel pump out, would love to get

recently,so I am not quite sure what oil should I use. At the moment it uses
Castrol SLX 0w30.Shoul I use the same class or downgrade to some 5w40?
