| A8 backlight on instrument cluster | 04 Mar 2006 02:18 GMT | 2 |
I just had my instrument cluster replaced on my 2000 A8. When the car is on, but the head lights are off, should the speedometer, gas gauge, temperature gauge and tachometer be back lit? Something definitely seems different than before but the dealership claims that it should not be ...

Got a A3 1.8T 2001 with one headlight dead. I thought I'd try and replace it myself, but am just wondering if anyone can give me any tips or point me towards any online docs. I'm not entirely sure if you change the bulb from the front or from behind.

Came out to the car last Sunday to find a puddle of oil under the car.. Looked at the dipstick and no oil registered. Didn't trust driving it to the nearest Audi dealer (9 miles) so had the hook come and get it. Turns out the problem was something called an oil separator ...
