My "Mal function check" light came on and stayed on when I started the
engine. Any one know what  kind of problems would caused that light to

I guess I am a new member to the Audi owners family. Got a few gremlins

So, my car idles a little roughly, not too bad, but I really would
like to smooth it out.  It's got 99,100 miles on it (98.5 A4Q 2.8 for
those who didn't read the Subject header), and I put in a quart of a
valve and injector cleaner recommended by my independent shop recently

I'm considering buying a used A4 3.0 Quattro Sport Tiptronic but notice
on the Parkers website (www.parkers.co.uk) that the 0-60 time of the
tiptronic model is considerably slower (1.4 seconds) than that of the
manual. Is this correct? Is the tiptronic gearbox really that slow?

I get 100 degrees even in the winter but know it is at 110 degrees and ay 190.00 km/hr it is at 120 degrees. Is it normal?

Both sets of wheels are 15" and carry 195 65 15 tyres,

Im trying to find out what my problem is here, before spending another
200 bucks just for the shop to replace brake pads.  First of all, the
car had been sitting for a long time.  I was having problems with the
alternator not lining up and therefore it was going through v-belts

My Audi 100 '89 (manual transmission) has Abruptly developed a problem
