My 1985 Audi 4000 is running rich and rough at idle speed only.

injectors. Those parts seem ok now.
Any ideas or input would be appreciated.

Just had the water pump, et al, changed out on my 98.5 A4Q 2.8 for the
second time.  The factory stuff I changed at 63k out of caution, this
stuff was just replaced because the water pump was beginning to fail
after only 47k miles.  What would cause this to happen?  I'm just

Why are Audi dealerships reluctant to give out part numbers?03 Oct 2007 21:32 GMT11

price of a part, they seem to have been reluctant to give out the part
number.  Anyone know why this is the case?  Is this just a UK problem?

I just picked up an 86 5000 CS Quattro Turbo.  I have never owned on
of these before, but it looks like a great car!  Can anyone provide
some insight on maintenance ( e.g. Timing Belt replacement, fluid
changes, etc) or known problems I should look out for?
New A6 Owner...03 Oct 2007 16:41 GMT7

way to tell when the last time it had the timing belt changed?  Would
car fax show that kind of information?  Would there be any other tell
tale signs on the car (probably not, but I thought I'd ask).
