Someone recently told me about a can which has been designed to be safely kept in the car whilst filled with petrol. I've done the usual google searches but have turned up a blank, can anyone point to where I might buy one of these, I'm living in the UK.

I bought a lexus'02 from carmax in Fort Worth, TX on 02/07/2004(9 days ago). At the time of purchase, salesman told that there was no accident or no work was done on the car. As of yesterday, I figured out the right fender was repaired and repainted. I went back to Carmax

My car is a few years old, and now replacing front brake pads. The rotors are marginally ok, should I replace them? or will the new pad mold to the slight ripple in the rotors?

Does anyone use synthetic oil in their car? Does it really work better than petroleum? Are all the synthetic oils roughly the same? I know there is a battle going on between AMSOIL and Mobil One. They both claim to be the best.

i know this was discussed a few weeks ago, but i did not pay attention to the results. now one of my drivers has the same problem. when he steps on the brakes , the car dies ,but then starts rite back up,so i know it is not fuel related. for what its worth, this is an 89 chevy ...
