Ok, I finally found out what those little spotches I've been noticing on my

Was hoping someone had a neat idea on how to do this?? I currently have dark
window tint, but at night, if your in there with the light on, you can see

Get this.  I've a 2003 Maxima that wears RE92 225/50/VR17s, basically
