A local gas station has a sign that says no cellphone use allowed
within 50 feet of the gas pumps.  WHY?  Will they ignite the gas, or
what?
What am I supposed to do if my cellphone rings while i am pumping gas?

New Yorker transmission trouble22 Dec 2006 03:07 GMT4
I am a senior citizen.  I need to have my transmission looked at, but
don't want to get ripped off by a transmission shop either doing
damage by 'testing' the car or by partially dismantling the tranny.
Then they tell you it is broken and needs a new transmission, and they

Old car but no title?19 Dec 2006 21:09 GMT3
I have an old 1989 American car that I inherited (actually it was just given
to me) from a relative.  The car was owned by the husband's company which
originally purchased the car and had the title.  The company has long ago
been dissolved and nobody has the title for it anymore.
