Whenever I switch my headlights on, I get two error messages on the CC Tail Light and Lic Plate Light All the bulbs are working correctly, and I have even replaced them to double check, but the problem still occurs.

My 330ci was serviced (Inspection 1) recently and needed new tyres. I changed from Bridgestone Potenzas to Dunlop SP9000's. The handling of the car seems much different. The steering is really light and the front suspension seems softer.
