97 540 heater problem22 Mar 2004 00:53 GMT6
I'm getting intermittent hot air in the car. I've tried putting the temp
all the way up as well as running the defrost program. Doesn't put out
any heat, then all of a sudden it will work again.
Any suggestions where to start looking?

1992 E34 520iTourer.
Lost both RHS headlights last night, and I thought it would probably be the
dodgy solder joints on thge LKM (light control module). I've done a few of
these repairs before and it is a pretty easy job.

Varying engine revs during running-in: WHY!?!?21 Mar 2004 18:55 GMT14
As in the subject... I read in my manual that I should vary engine revs
during running-in, and avoid keeping constant rpms for a long time. OK... I
do that so as not to feel guilty :-))). But what's the point of doing so?
Why should I take care about that?
88' 535is clutch pedal sticking??21 Mar 2004 05:21 GMT5
The clutch pedal on my 535is is sticking. After depressing it it does
not return to it's original position. It barely returns at all. The
car stays in gear and gear changes are possible, although, getting
into first and reverse is becoming more and more difficult.

has not arrived. How do you reset the dash oil change reminder indicator
lights? Thanks for any help in advance. wolf

A couple of days ago the (!) indicator came up on the instrument cluster in
a "blinking" manner.  Yesterday it bacame lit in a steady way while driving.
The manual says it is the break fluid level to low.
Suspecting of a leakage I inspected the parkin space at home to check if

E60 - clacking noise while rolling?20 Mar 2004 20:16 GMT1
I wonder if anyone can shed some light on this...my e60 (<2 month old) gives
out 'clacking noise' when in motion.  The noise only comes out when the car
is running over undulating road surfaces.  It's like the leather is rubbing
