525 tds starting issues26 Jul 2004 20:47 GMT3
I have a 525 tds (1994, auto) and it now displays a (!) symbol in the gear
selector display.
I have had it on a snap on scanner, which shows error 15 - ecu power

problem with climate control26 Jul 2004 16:19 GMT4
I have a 2000 323 convertible. In the last two weeks, the climate
control has been going a little crazy. The blower randomly comes on at
full strength, then switches back to normal and then back to full
strength all the time. What's weird is that the blower strength bar on

The standard lights on my 99 328 convertable (E36 - Yes,  the convertable

white and red (which flash yellow when activated)
I really like this look - is there a retro fit that I can buy that fit the

Opinions needed on 94 / 95 318iC26 Jul 2004 03:32 GMT1
   I am thinking of buying a co-workers 94 or 95 318iC. It's in great
shape. The leather is good. The top has some wear spots. But nothing too
bad.
I just know that certain Beemers have "personal quirks". I was wondering if

E39 handling on snow/ice24 Jul 2004 12:58 GMT6
I am moving - and am about to get a new car as well. Am quite hooked on the
E39 530d Touring due to many reasons.
Actually, I only have one doubt. That is, that from the new place that I am
moving to there are about 4-5 kilometres of road leading to the house, that
A/C fan problems24 Jul 2004 09:10 GMT6
I have a 1991 318is that has developed an intermittent problem with the fan.
Sometimes it only works on the HI setting.  Slower fan speeds are dead.
Also, the LED clock display goes dim.  I bought a Chilton's shop manual for
this car, but it seems to be a POS.  There's no mention at ...
Best 5 series to buy at this time24 Jul 2004 04:36 GMT5
I have just started looking into buying a used 5 series.  I am
wondering what years/models are the best buy at this time.  I can do
repair work if the price it right.  Any milage is ok as long as the
car has some life left in it to justify it cost.

all temperature controls set to maximum, there's no heat, ...
