| Opinions on a BMW 325 | 31 Oct 2004 14:13 GMT | 10 |
A friend of mine found someone who has an 87 BMW 325 (as in base model, not an e or an i). He claims that the car is in good shape, but will not start (it drove fine before, but now it just won't turn over, the assumption being its electrical issues). Its got some damaged paint on

| Blower on E39 stopped working | 31 Oct 2004 12:57 GMT | 6 |
The blower on my 97 528 has stopped working. There is air coming through (low volume) but when I select the screen demister or select a high fan speed nothing happens. Any suggestions? The fuses seem fine. Is this a home repair job?

| How much would you pay for a 2001 Dinan S2 M5? | 30 Oct 2004 01:19 GMT | 2 |
I'm curious what people think the going price for a 2001 M5 with the Dinan S2 upgrade package is (mid 40's mileage on it, perfect condition). I think sticker was in the range of $85 plus $40 for the upgrades (including labor).

Ive got a late 1997 323 E36 with a M52 engine. The wipers have gone doolally, and so I want to replace the wiper control unit. Ive got a new one and the Haynes manual says it should be in the dash above the pedals. But it just isn't there.

| Replica Rims (was: Which winter tires for a Bimmer?) | 28 Oct 2004 17:42 GMT | 11 |
On a related note: ever purchased knock-off rims for your Bimmer? The steel wheels that BMW offers aren't the prettiest (if only trim rings were available; why *don't* they make trim rings in 16" and 17" sizes?), and BMW's OEM alloys are so darn expensive, at least as a winter set ...
