On my 1984 325e, the AC tension pulley is set too and keeps getting banged with the speed bumps and parking limits. Has anyone ever encounter this problem? If so, what was done to resolve the issue?

First of all: Happy New Year!!! After reading some posts on waxing, here's my small contribution: the best way I know to remove wax from black plastic parts is to scrub them with a toothbrush with pure car shampoo.

Still got problems with these bloody wipers... Changed the relay K11 (only one relay on '98 model, not 2 as in earlier models) - is this the only relay in the wiper circuit ? Checked the wiper mechanism and it seems OK, moved freely manually.

I have replaced thermostat. then 500 mi later its doing the same thing. it overheated and blew the rad cap off. I rcently replaced all shivs on front of motor(the bearings rattled). I flushed system and now this! where do I go from hear? My heater now blows

Hi to all, just been given an angel eyes kit at Christmas. Looking through the contents there's no clips supplied to fit the rings into the headlights. If anyone has fitted a set of these, what did you use to actually locate the rings in the headlights?
