I've been out shopping BMW's. Not being knowlegeable about them, I've been relying on this group and have gotten some good info. My little pea-brain had it that the 700 series should be the "big" versions.

I have a 2004-525i with only 4K on it. It has broken down twice. First time oil sensor was faulty and it it just stopped dead with no power while driving. This was very dangerous as I could of been on a highway but fortunately I was on a sidestreet. Anyone else experience this?

Happy New Year! I waxed my car today, and was wondering what everyone thought about waxing the plastic parts (bumper cover, side view mirrors, etc? I didn't, but what do most of you do? For some reason I thought that the wax was only for the metal.
