My car's computer is indicating that I need to change my front turning signal(right). As well sometimes it tells me that my front left headlight is not working....then it does work and sometimes it doesn't.....I think this might be just a warning that my lights need to be replaced.. ...

I am thinking of getting a 1995 525 TDS touring as it's "there, and inexpensive". Is this the intercooled 143 bhp engine, or if not, can someone tell me the power / torque for this engine and any particular faults to check for ?

Anyone know of an inexpensive OBD hardware & software kit suitable for a Windows XP pc to a 1996 e34 520i available in the UK? Carsoft want loads of money for a garage system. Ebay seems to have loads of OBD2 options but no OBD1 systems.
