OK, not a hi tech question.  I bought aftermarket mats for my 1996 E38.  The
front ones have grommet holes about 2 cm in diameter.  The floor and the
carpet in the front have grooves/holes that match the grommet spacing, but I
can't figure out what type of device to use to secure ...

I have had the oil and filter changed on my 1998 535i and the chap who
done it wasn't able to re-set the service lights. How can I get it
done please?

I have an e36 318i '94.  The nut on the half shaft which locates the hub on
my car keeps undoing?
I have used new nuts and torqued to 200Nm, used thread lock, and hammered
over the castelated part of the nut.

If any of you have experience doing lease transfers can you share it
with me please? I have a 11 month old 325i, leased from BMW financial
services. I've got 2 yrs and 32K miles left. But there are some changes
in my lifestyle that require me to end the lease.

My 525i Touring Wagon seems to bounce around a good deal, especially on
rough roads. I pushed down on the quarter panels to see if it would bounce
a few times and it only bounces once. I am guessing its the struts. Is
there anyway to determine if the problem is my struts or ...

I recently purchased a E36 316i 97/P.  2 weeks now and i am having some
problems with either the exhaust or engine.  Basically the engine is
blowy, and the rev counter is below 1 at rest.  IT feels as though the
engine is about to shut down, and has done once or twice.  

My 2002 325i lease is up June 28. The car has 1 year and 18,000 miles left
on the original warranty. The dealer wants $2500 for certification which
extends the warranty for 2 more years and 50,000 more miles. Is it worth it?
Can I buy it from some other source? Can I negotiate it? ...
