I have been looking at the new 330 3 series BMW's here in Canada.  I love
the car but would prefer a two door Coupe.  New stlye is only in the 4 door
model at the moment.
Does anyone know when they will be changing to the new body style for this

overheatig its just had a new thermostat put in its been bled the oil
is topped up  :( when im driving and the temp starts to go into the
red i turn the heating to full and the temp level starts to drop whats

Anywhere from 2 mins. to 20 mins. after I arm it. Dealer told me it's
either: 1. battery is bad or 2. hood switch is bad causing it to "think"
someone is opening the hood. It's CPO under warranty but has anybody had
this happen??

We just took delivery a week ago.  We had a 740iL and a 325i prior to this
car, and I can tell you that this is the best yet.  It is absolutely the

Why is the 2-door 330ci, more expensive than the 4-door 330i?

Hello all : -) sad day today as I have to put my beloved e30 320i up for
sale.
I have oil and water mixing and the mechanic says my cylinder head is
cracked. :-) :-) Terrible!!!!

Wife advised her rear view mirror had fallen off over night.  On checking,
there was a hunk of glass broken off the windscreen and still attached to
the mirrow stalk.  I'm hoping to super glue it back on.  Any other
suggestions, and is this very common?  I had parked the car that ...

Most manufacture in the US have some form of Arbitration according to
Better Business Bureau. BMW does not subscribe to BBB arbitration process in
most states. so if you disagree with a non warranty claim your only recourse

I have a BMW 325 E2 (i think E36 model). The OBC has a Digital Speed
meter (since I put in a code). But the speed on the OBC is 7 km/h
lower then on my analog speedometer.

My wife's E30 320i broke its cambelt again.  This time it's not my fault.
The last cambelt was replaced a mere 18,000km (11,000 miles) ago.  Why would
it break the (new) cambelt?
The cylinder head overhaul is probably going to cost me an arm and a leg,

Can anyone clarify what is comprised in the 'Comms pack'?
One non-franchised dealer told me:
"on a 2000/w 740 the comms pack means telephone upgraded sound system and on
board computer, after 2001 comms pack means sat nav and tv."
