I was thinking of buying one of these things, but I wanted to investigate the extended warranty since german cars aren't really known for their reliability. I dont want to own a money pit. Their website doesn't tell much about the warranty, and asks me to

Hey guys, a sad note brings me here. For the past year I have been sick of my car overheating at the wierdest of times. First time it overheated (went into red and the light came on) I have no clue what caused it, probably a bad fan clutch, it seemed to run ok after that

This is 1987 BMW 325i, 5-speed, with 185K miles. Today it suddenly stopped shifting into gears - all gears when the engine is running. It will only shift into gears if the engine is turned off. Why is this happening? Could it be the clutch going bad?

I took delivery of a 2000 330Ci a few days ago, but it won't play CDs ... the head unit just keeps saying No Discs. I've tried a pile of different CDs (genuine originals, all good condition, including a couple less than a month old), but none of them are recognised. When I put ...

Like many on this forum, I am very close to buying my first BMW. I live in the North and snow is an issue. I am thinking the 325xi with it's AWD would be the better car? I'd like some opinions. The year I'm looking at is a 2003 or 2004 because it still has some of the original ...
