I own a 2002 3Series xi. This afternoon while I was getting back to
work after lunch, I got hit by a rock chip on the windshield of my car.
As soon as the chip hit the car I saw the hit mark and after like a
second delay an almost 6inches long crack appeared on the windshield.

Since Monday, 8/8/05 My 00 M5 is STILL in the service shop at the local
BMW dealership in Rockville, Maryland.
I returned it after they attempted to fix a lack of power issue without
success.

My 525i (1991, M50 engine, 5 speed) manual gearbox has suddenly gone a bit
off.  Gear changes are more difficult and notchy, with a distinct
metal-on-metal feel instead of quite cushiony like normal, and a two-step

Has anyone installed these high brightness bulbs in a E46, the bulbs have a
blue coating. With them being 100w I was concerned about the
wiring/switch/relays and also the lens of the headlight unit is plastic. I

My odometer is only works intermitantly. The speedometer is work fine all
the time. I have changed the odometer gears and replaced the instrument
panel main circuit board. I even changed out speedometer and odometer

I am from the UK and have an issue with the log book.  I have a 320 Sport
(E46).  However on the log book it is registered as a 320 SE.  I wish to get
the log book changed to reflect this.

reservoir. Its round with a half circle cap on the top. Removing the top

My 2000 740 has a ticking / tapping on the engine.
At idle, the tick is around 4 times per second, and is definately linked to the number of revs.
