my 325xi's lease ends in march 2006.  i need a larger car, probably an
X5 or even a 5 series.  is it possible to terminate the lease earlier?
anyone ever do this before?

I'd llike to ask what can be the reason of not working electronics in BMW.
The widows don't open and close.
I've checked the safety devices under the bonnet but they're OK.
What else should I check?

I had a E36 M3 in the past and loved it. When I bought my 330cic in

A friend of mine has just had his Volvo converted to run on LPG and he
is, to say the least, extremely pleased with the conversion.  He has no
obvious loss of performance and his fuel bills have been slaughtered.
He's trying to convince me to convert a '96 840 (4.4L) to run on LPG

Just drained of the water system to add anti-freeze for the winter.
After refilling the water & the anti-freeze the temperture gauge goe
into the red and the water boils in the radiator. But the interio
heater blows cold what could this be?

a few days ago i saw an X5 which had the chrome parts on its radiator
grid in black.
Does anybody know if (and if yes: where) you can buy these black parts
and replace the chrome parts by those or if you have to lacquer the

I know we don't like looking at shamed BMW's, but full marks to the
engineers who make the chassis!

I have what I believe is a fairly common issue of the A/C condenser
drainage tubes/holes becoming clogged, resulting in some water leaking
around the rear of the center console and a gurgling noise from the
rear vents from the water being blown around by the fan.

Any idea what the Photo Sensor is for? It's located on the radio right
below the anti left LED.
I read the radio owner's manual and it doesn't specifically indicate
what its for or purpose is.

I've got an E83 and have noticed that the rear licence plate rattles.
It's got a German plate on it, meaning a long rectangular licence

Still trying to do as much research and advance troubleshooting as
possible.  Went to a BMW dealer this morning.  Master Tech replied, "Seems
like car is only running on 4 cylinders".  He just did a visual check, no
