I have a 1997 528 I and the freon just blew out of the compressor when it was idling in the garage. The fan is not working so there is extra pressure in the system. My question is if I get the fan fixed with the compressor still hold pressure or did I break that too.

Another question.... Unless my fan/AC is on high, it makes a wheezing noise...um, like a pulsating noise, almost like its breathing, with a hint of a whistle sound. I thought it was just related to the AC, but it happens even without it on.

I recently picked up a 94 convertible and while the top functions properly and looks as good as new the headliner is falling out. I've found a couple of plastic pieces stitched in and was able to re-attach them to the roof frame and it helped but it's still sagging all over. ...
