Has anyone found an easy way to remove the awful yellow laquer from the engine and engine bay of a an E30? The only thing I have found so far is steel wool and lots of time! Thanks

I have got myself a 1988 730i and all has been well for a week running great but i parked the car up at dinner time, went into the house for 10 min and came back out to the car, the car is turning over ok but will not fire, no kick or anything, it sounds like the car is not

Hello: Any help or opinion appreciated. 98 Nissan Altima: Drivers side windshield wiper just stopped working. The other works fine. Took off the bolt and found that the motor has stopped rotating.

My daughter has run her '00 3 Series out of gas a couple of times, but the Range button displays upwards of 30 miles remaining. she fills the tank everytime she gets gas, so the car knows where/how much a full tank is. Does the Range button work by figuring how far the car can go ...

The upper bolt on my alternator is cocked because the bushing is shot. That means the alternator sits crooked, and the belt with it. Is this available separately or can one be easily fabricated to fit? Can it be removed and replaced in the car?
