The Continental tires on my 323 still have good tread but I'm sick of the crummy things. Wheels need balancing, but I'm not gonna bother, just get new tires.

When there is a lot of direct sunlight into the E46 car. When you first drive it - there is a kind of crack noise from somewhere in the back - not exactly a rattle as it can "crack" even when the car is stationary.

My 99 540 makes a strange noise when i pull off slow an when i'm about to come to a complete stop like something is grinding or rubbing in the front. Could that possible be my heel bearings? I've changed my rotos an brake pads but the noise is still there. thanks
