The new CLK 63 AMG Black Series is based on the Official F1 Safety

should airbag inflate when seat belt is NOT worn?12 Jun 2007 00:56 GMT41
I got different opinions here. Because they say airbag could
seriously
harm you when you are not wearing seatbelt, but how is it
implemented nowadays?
problems with 325i transmission.11 Jun 2007 20:52 GMT9
I have a problem shifting into 1st and 2nd gear in my 325i E36. When the
car is not working it goes through gears fine but when its running 1st and
2nd feel rough. As the car worms up it gets a bit better.
Ive canged the bushings on the shifter but this didnt help.
'99 Z3 Seatbelt Holder Replacement11 Jun 2007 16:26 GMT2
I have a '99 Z3 with two plastic, busted, seatbelt holders (the
shoulder ones connected to the outside, upper part of the seat sides).
Glue/tape/etc. didn't work and I'm tired of fishing them out of
wherever they have fallen to each time.

I've got a 95 E34 (525ia) with 98k miles. When I press the ASC+T
switch to disable the ASC+T, nothing happens. The light is working
since it comes on briefly during startup. I need to be able to
disengage ASC+T to pass emissions here in Ct on the dyno. Is there

E36 series: Heater Control Unit09 Jun 2007 19:58 GMT3
I first enquired about this last November, and had helpful responses
explaining that there were two major causes of problems with the
heater control unit:
#1 A capacitor in the unit itself
E46 Rattle From Top Of Door09 Jun 2007 18:34 GMT3
E46 saloon - there is a rattle or vibration coming from what sounds like the
top of the drivers side window. The window is closed firm, and the door
appears to be closed tight so doesn't need adjusting back. It is quite
annoying, and before I start removing the trim to see what ...
2001 E46 rain leak @ top of back window09 Jun 2007 16:34 GMT8
After a hard rain, my headliner is wet at the top of the back window
above the third brake light. I ran a strip of electrical tape across
the entire top of the back window seal overlapping onto the roof, but
the leak is still there. It leaks even if the car is stationary, and

I have a 2004 BMW M3 Coupe, just out of warranty!  I noticed today

occasionally  vapor lock would cause this... but one readjusted the cap and
a tank of gas later the light went off. Now it comes on I readjust the cap

New M3, $100,000.08 Jun 2007 22:08 GMT15
Saw a post that the new M3 is 50,000 British pounds. aka 100 grand USD.
Just way too much for a car. Isn't that nearly 40 grand more than the
previous M3?
