| New 335cic | 20 Nov 2007 20:39 GMT | 19 |
Well, I pulled the trigger. Picked up a 335i Convertible tonight. The car had been ordered, every option available!, and the folks that ordered it backed out for some reason. I wasn't sure about the white exterior but it's now grown on me and I'm in total lust.

| E32- 750IL-1991 1) replacing with not self leveling rear shock absorbers& 2) stiff break | 20 Nov 2007 16:01 GMT | 1 |
I have 750il -1991-E32. 1) My rear shock absorbers are leaking oil. So, I am trying to replace those. But it seems quite expensive for the 2 pieces. So, I am thinking replacing them with non-self-leveling aftermarket shock absorbers. I once

| Rough Idle, Check Engine Light Intermittent | 20 Nov 2007 14:42 GMT | 11 |
I have a 1994 530i that has been running quite well in the three years I've had it. However, recently I've been having a bit of a problem. The car idles rough and almost dies. Then it speeds up (ostensibly the computer is giving it gas to prevent the engine from dying) and then ...

| goodyear ice grips | 19 Nov 2007 21:23 GMT | 2 |
I'm finding the goodyear ice grips the most unstable and slippy tires I've ever had on my 318i. This is on dry and wet. I've never had tires screech before on turns and braking but do with the ice grips, and I've had 2 sets of blizzaks in the past. I tried to write goodyear about ...

| Chevrolet Volt Concept | 19 Nov 2007 14:31 GMT | 1 |
Aside from a couple aftermarket companies that offer conversion kits to boost a production-model hybrid's battery capacity and allow it to recharge those batteries from a conventional, 120-volt household outlet when parked, there hasn't been much action when it comes to

| Synthetic Oil | 17 Nov 2007 13:38 GMT | 41 |
Earlier this year I bought a brand new 550i. I know, I know.... spoiled brat. My last car was 1993 MB 400e and I bought it a year old with 12k miles on it and changed the oil every 3k without fail. It was the best car I ever owned and still ran great when I sold it with 200k

| Water pump -- does this make sense? | 16 Nov 2007 01:33 GMT | 9 |
I have a 1984 318i and I was stuck in traffic recently and noticed that the temperature was going up. I figured that if I ran the heater it might help cool down the engine. But when I turned it on, it blew cold air.

| 88 325 - how do you drop the steering column? | 15 Nov 2007 07:53 GMT | 2 |
Hello, I need to replace the turn signal switch on my '88 325 automatic. The plastic bottom cover of the column comes off after removing the steering wheel but it looks like the top piece can only be freed by dropping the column. Any pointers on how to do this? Thank
