i want to change the radio in my BMW E46 Touring (2004) from BMW Reverse (cassette) to Business CD with MP3. I allready found how to change the radio, that wouldnt be too difficult. But is it needed to bring the car to the BMW service to code the new radio to the car?

I have a bad leak at the rear of the oil pan gasket. The Bentley manual says I only need to remove the bolts for the power steering rack, which I guess gives a bit of play to get it out of the way, along with removing a brace at the bell housing. Doing a check here

I have a 1995 525i and the bumper, or at least the bottom part of it, around the lights, got broke. So I went searching for used parts online, but I don't know which years will fit. Does anybody know how I would find out? I'm on car-

For a help site about bmw..... this site is the worst. Simple question goes unanswered or some dumb response. I would there some common problems with every BMW the someone somewhere has encountered and has found a fix. I have posted about 7 questions on here so far

My 2003, 530i (71,000 miles) is about ready for new brakes. The warning sensor light has not come on yet, but the dealer said I'll be needing brakes very soon. Could some of you experienced folks answer a few questions for me:
