Valance mounted fog lights for 1986 325e30 Aug 2009 00:02 GMT1
I've tried searching for these, but can't seem to find any information on
them or where they can be purchased. Perhaps a better search term would
help?
I'm not talking about bumper mounted fog lights here, but rather am looking
E36 Bilstein Failure28 Aug 2009 19:37 GMT1
About 18 months ago I had my suspension overhauled on my E36, new
struts and shocks (Bilsteins), control arms, bushings, rtb's, etc.
Over the past six months, however, I began to feel some play in the
front end, as well as some squeaking and creaking.  When I did my own

BMW Unveils 57 mpg 3-series Sedan For Europe26 Aug 2009 22:40 GMT9
Americans don't like diesel . American's won't accept four-cylinders in a luxury sedan. Americans are afraid of Jell-O. OK, that last one probably isn't true, but the first two are accepted wisdom in the automotive world. But today, BMW announced a new 320d 3-series sedan for the ...
Ugliest BMW yet?26 Aug 2009 13:37 GMT1
Do a google on "bmw 5 gran turismo". That has to be the ugliest modern
BMW I've ever seen!
And who's it aimed at? There are DVD players for the rear passengers but
the centre console means you can't have 3 kids in the back!

88 325 - real bumpy ride22 Aug 2009 01:19 GMT19
You wouldn't expect a new car ride at 160k miles but it really clunks
when I hit even a small bump (or "bimp" as Chiff Inspector Clouseau
would say).
I can't really wiggle the tires much when they're off the ground and
Gear Oil for All-Wheel Drive21 Aug 2009 19:45 GMT2
I would like to change the gear lube in the transfer case and two
differentials in my 2001 BMW 330XI.
What brand; type and viscosity should I use?
What quantity should I order and from whom?
'95 750?21 Aug 2009 18:27 GMT3
Does anybody know if this was ever made? I didn't think they made a 750 in the 90's.
In a contest.
thanks,
Dale
'02 540i guage reading celcius, not farenheit19 Aug 2009 01:55 GMT3
Had the oil changed but when they reset the service reminder it now reads celcius on the temp guages. Does anybody know how to change it to farenheit without taking it back the hour drive to the dealer?
thanks,
dale
BMW OBDII codes and connectors16 Aug 2009 15:24 GMT14
A friend of mine has a 5-series BMW, I think it's a 2000. We were
discussing my laptop-based OBDII/CAN code reader that I use on my own
car, and how useful it was. He said he's wary of buying one, because he
thinks he needs to get one that fits the special BMW round port in the
Will BMW CPO a car bought from a third-party?14 Aug 2009 16:17 GMT2
I missed out on a fairly good deal on a 330i after walking away (the dealer's
admin fee doubled to $600 because I wasn't financing through them).  Prior
to that, I had BMW check it over themselves, and the car still had about nine
months of factory warranty left on it.  They found ...
Why does BMW only offer the E90 335d with an Auto Transmission?!08 Aug 2009 23:04 GMT24
This is from a car for clunker thread on another BMW forum
(bimmerhead): I was considering trading in my 1990 E34 535i, 5spd,
124K miles but the only new BMW that qualifies for the program is the
