Hello anyone who reads this.
I am not a paticularly electrical, car sterio, lots of effort to make
everything sounds kewl and smooth minded person. But I do have a
problem with my car sterio that I'd like to find out more about :)

Here's what I want.  A car head unit that doesn't have a tape or CD player,
and is just a basic receiver with a line-in port.  I just want something to
power the speakers, and to have the ability to plug in a portable
CD/tape/MP3/whatever player into it.  Heck, it doesn't even need ...

I just inherited (just got my license) my sister's old car with a
Denon DCR-5320 pull out type tape deck.  I wanted to add CD capability
and a unit I bought (Sony conversion kit) doesn't seem to produce much
volume without both units being turned up so far that I'm getting lots

Would anyone happen to have a manual to the Clarion 920EQ?  I just bought
one used and was wondering if anybody had the manual or knew a site.

I have a 2000 VW Jetta and it has a AM-FM Cassette factory installed. I have
a Alpine 7892 Head unit that I would like to use in this car. Could I use
the space above the factory radio to mount the Alpine or is this to small of
an area?

i just pulled my car out of the shop here and the tire was flat . i
filled it back up and rolling the car back to see if there a screw or
nail in the tire nothing  . i was double checking and there it was on
the side wall someone at the last show i was at slashed my tire.

The local Radio Shack tells me they are getting out of the Car Audio
Biz. Stuff going verrrrry cheap.

Would there be any issues harness wise hooking up an Alpine CDM-9805 head
unit into a 1994 Honda Accord?

Quickie... what glue should i use to re-attach rubber surround to steel and
cast frame?

I want to power my amplifier from a transformer in my room. It is a 12V /
25A amp transformer. When I rectify the output I get 11.9V but as soon as I
connect a cap to it the voltage rises to 17.4V. I connected a load to it and
then it drops to about 16.3V. Is it OK to use this high ...

How do I go about removing the factory deck to install a new cd player??
I've done alot of car audio stuff before, but I'm blind with these Ford
stereos.
