I am buying subs for my car.  I have 2 10" Alpine Type R's on order.
I plan on putting them in a sealed box.  I also would like to cut a
hole in the back of my car between the 6x9's (I have a 97 Sebring
LXi), and put a 8" freeair midbass sub.  Is there anything out there

I'm building a vented enclosure for my IDMAX and I wanted to get some
opinions about my vent setup. It will be a 2.5cf box tuned to 29Hz.  I can
do either a single 4" port 10" long (29.1Hz) OR dual 4" ports 25 (29.79Hz).

I have a friend that is extreamly good at installing car systems and I
am going to get him to instal mine once i get all the compnents. I
have been lookign around on ebay and have found some interesting
things and am wondering what the difference is. I know Kicker brand

jsut bought 1999 passat with factory fit GAMMA radio cass. fancy BLAUPLUNKT
COMPACT DRIVE MP3 will it hook up?

Has anyone ever made car audio subs out of this stuff?  Is is hard to work
with/cut?  Is it durable enough for use in a car?

My 6 CD Changer has stopped working. I was wondering if anyone has
experience installing a new name unit in the trunk and if the controls will
work the new unit simply by plugging in to existing trunk connector.

I have a 2DR, 2000 Chevy S-10 Blazer that I have three of them in, in a
sealed enclosure with about 1.0+ cubic feet or airspace per sub.
I'm powering them with a Hifonics Zeus and they should be getting about 1200

This summer I learned that my RF 750s amp likes to cut off, from what I
assume is over heating. It takes about 6 hours of driving. After 6 hours,
the amp that powers my subs just shuts off. I turn off the system and a few
minutes later it will play, but I left off the RF amp and ...

I recently bought a 1200W Xplod sub and the only boxes available were
sealed. Although according to the sheet it will work ok in either a ported
or sealed box, ported will provide a lower bass range? Question is can I
just put my own port hole in at the bottom side of the box or ...
