I recently hooked up a new amp to power my front speakers. (also my
rears but I haven't tried them yet).  There is a horrible engine whine
that gets higher pitched as I accelerate.  Also there is absolutly no

Thinking about buying this car...supposedly a legendary sound system in this

as that is far to relative, but is it all that its hyped up to be?

I have a rockford fosgate rfx9000 cd/mp3 player. Recently the main
outputs stopped working for a few minutes (the speakers driven by the
fosgate's amp totally quit, the sub's fed by line out still worked). I
turned the radio off/on and it worked. A few days later the same thing

Physically, I mean.  Cone material, dispersion, etc?  What exactly makes a
titanium tweeter sound harsher than a silk?

I just added a JL Audio 12w6 to a mustang convertible. What I'm getting now
is a lot of distortion due to the amount of pressure the speaker box is
pushing out. What I'm experiencing is that my trunk is vibrating right at
the middle to the point where it doesn't touch the trunk ...

I've just installed an Alpine 9813 that supports ipersonalise.
I can figure out the time correction stuff but not how to
configure the paramertic equalisation and cross over control.
