Sustaining voltage while starting car.03 Feb 2004 00:36 GMT10
I am installing a VIA-EPIA mother board in my car. This device needs at
least 12 V to operate (at a max 9A). The problem that I am going to
encounter if I power the unit with ACC is that when I start the car the
voltage will drop to sub 12V due to the starter motor.

I'm upgrading my factory car stereo with a new headunit, speakers, and
amp/subwoofer.  I'm trying to decide what RCA cables to use to go from the

Our Pioneer DEH-P6000 won't eject the CD that is currently in it.  This
model has a fold-down detachable face.  The CD used to continue to play with
the face folded down, but now it cuts off about 1/4 of the way down.  Even
if in the radio mode, it cuts off with the face folded down ...
