Today, I started my car and got no sound out of my head unit
(Kenwood). The display lights up just fine, however. I have my sub

Hi, i have the above installed in my car and when the face flips down it
says Xplod CD-R/RW printed on the black panel. when the screen is lit up it
says MP3 on the top line of display which isnt illuminated but i can make it
out clearly, i cant seem to get it to play mp3's though ...

  Where should I look for gray or black tweed?  And how do you fellas
attach it to your boxes?

OK I need some advice, Ive been out of the car stereo loop for a real
long time, so I need to know what models would suit me best.  Im
shopping for a higher end unit, not necessarily video capable.
What I'd really like:

Car: 1991 Audi 200
HU: Aiwa cdc mp3
Amp: usacoustics usx4065
After wiring up my new audio system I discovered the amp in the trunk

What would be  problem with running a 4ohm amp into a 2 ohm speaker.  I know
it will push more power.

I am resurrecting my old RX7 and want to use my old ESX Q1204 as the simple
amp for this simple system. I have 4 unused balanced cables for the Q amps
and need to figure out what headunit uses these same type balanced outputs

I own an Alpine PXA-H600.  The remote control LCD is now completely blank.
The controller still functions, but the LCD blank.  The green back light
will light up the buttons, but not the LCD.  I have tried to find I dealer
that could help, but no one seems to have any good contact ...
