I've gotten some RTA (real time analysis) equipment, and I RTA'ed my
car, and the result is found here: www.geocities.com/bryan1232  under
loudspeakers, at the bottom.
Does the bass cut off from 40 to 200hz look basically like an x-over

I have an Alpine CDA-7839. I bought the KCA -121B AI-LINK attachment
so i could listen to my mp3 player in the car. I simply plugged the
AI-LINK into the CD-Changer port in the back of the receiver, then
plugged an RCA from that into the Line-out on my mp3 player. The setup
subs quit past certain level01 Feb 2005 02:51 GMT1
i dont mean that i turnt he stereo up full blast, not even a 3 rd of th
way up and it cuts out. any ideas on the problem?

Just got a Ford Escape, which has a double-DIN cd/tape reciever. Wanted
to replace this with an mp3 player of some kind, but I have a feeling
that sticking a single-DIN reciever into this slot will look seriously
gay.
