Hi, I have a 2K S-10 Reg cab that Im getting ready to pull out the
Factory stereo and put in a new system.
For front Speakers Seems like I have 3 choices, and was wondering what
would give me the best sound, and Imaging.

Watt for watt, which is the better amp?  The ones i'm looking at are
very compariable for power and price (EBay) so which one is better for
SQ or are we talking BMW or Mercedes kinda thing?

Is there any where that I might be able to find exact measurements and
screw hole locations etc for these standards?
I am interested in designing and manufacturing an in-dash device and
need drawings or dimensions of these standards to design my casing

Hi- I just bought an Obcon sealed box(the ss series) that holds 2 10's,
and I will be powering them with a bazooka EL1500, 500 watts RMS into a
2 ohm load.  My question is, since I can'y really use DVC subs because
of the ohm load I want the amp to see, what single VC 10" subs would

basically looking for a standard car deck with MP3 playback that will also

Hello,  I have an old original vintage OptiDrive 500 driving a single JL
12w0.  I am getting crackling and popping sounds coming out of my sub. The
sounds seem to be constant in volume regardless of the volume of the source.
Even if the volume is turned all the way down I get these ...

I decided on an Infinity driver for my Wife's car and wanted to know
the best way to seal the driver to the box.  Obviously I'll screw it in
but should I use silicone or white caulk on the lip of the driver? Is
there a better method?

Just got a 2005 Rubicon.  It seems like it might be a pretty challenging
vehicle to put a great sounding stereo into, so I need your advice.  I don't
have much left to spend on equipment so I'm gonna try to recycle as much of
