Hi, I currently own a PPI A404 and am looking to buy a JL 500/1 Slash
series amp. I am running the A404 in 4 channel mode to power my front
and rear speakers. I would plan to use the 500/1 to power two JL
12W6v2's. The subs will be in a custom sealed box with 1.25 cubic feet

wires from the removable face plate to the head unit?  I'am going to use

I've connected  a blaupunkt cable  and enabled Aux in. When I select Aux
and connect my iriver  H10 MP3 player I get no sound at all.
The iriver does not have a line out, I'm using the earphone outlet could

Hey!!!!   i have a rockford bd500.1 and unlike that otehr dude, my
protect light DOES turn on.. there are NO fuses... when i hook up the
remote wire, i hear the amp charge the caps... i see the power and
protect lights.. both on.. i have already taken the whole thing apart..

Almost every morning my subwoofer is not working.  Everything seams
fine, and there is power to the amplifier.  If I gently push on the
subwoofer cone, it starts to work normally for one or two days.  Any
advice ?

Someone needs to invent a portable device that, when aimed at a boom
thug's vehicle, will shake the subwoofer magnet into overdrive and ruin
it. Even if the operator had to lug around a car battery to get the
amperage, it would be well worth it.
