does anyone know if these discs cover smaller cities like Milwaukee.  I was
looking to add navigation to my pioneer 5700 and wasnt sure if the navigation
only covered areas in bigger cities?

I suspect that the 3-way Alpine SPX speakers that I had installed are
not all in phase. Normally, to test polarity, I'd hook a 9volt battery
up to the speaker wires normally going into the amp. Each speaker
should either pop out or pull in, but all should do the same thing,

I have a Ford Mondeo with a 6000 CD series radio. I am getting no bass
through the passenger side of the vehicle (front or rear speakers). I am
getting treble with no distortion but the bass is non-existant.
There is no noise to suggest that I have blown the speakers...

i'm thinking of changing cars.whats a fast smaller car without the

I know kicker makes 1 of the best speakers under $100. i'm thinking of
trying one.but will it sound as good as my 4yr old cerwin vega
6x9s,3way?

I have a 93 Plymouth Voyager with infinity sound system. I replaced
the Infinity radio that went bad with a Pioneer EHP4700MP. The dash
speakers work but sound barely comes out of the rear speakers and
nothing from the door speakers.

Need help with what is probably second hand knowledge for some of you
seasoned audiophiles.

My friend has a Hyundi car with a CD player. The player will handle mp3's.
I would like to give him and his wife some old radio programs (like Boston
Blackie, green hornet, superman, jack benny etc) to play while on a cross
country trip.

Does anyone have directions on how to create a mono speaker wire to
stereo rca cable. I am trying to hook a mono radio, in a volvo 122s, to
a new amplifier. I realize the signal will still be mono, but I would
like it to come out on both the left and right speakers of my car.

hey, my friend has a 2002 mazda protege...  he "accidently", as he put
it, shorted the wires out on the back left speaker. now the deck doesnt
make any sound, just turns on and acts like its playing...  think its a
fried fuse? if it is....  how do i get the deck out....  there are 2

My Mazda/Bose system rear speakers have very distorted bass at volume.
Perhaps I can find something that can handle more power
by replacing the Bose speakers with an aftermarket model.
Some Bose speakers have built-in amplifiers; mine do not.
