| 1969 912 Porsche | 09 Dec 2005 20:52 GMT | 1 |
Hello, I am trying to replace my 1969, 912 Porsche's radio. I was wondering whether most head units these days have some sort of amplifier built into them. Since the Porsche came with one speaker (because they only had mono signal back then... no stereo signal), I

| FM Radio w/ interal antennae? | 04 Dec 2005 01:32 GMT | 3 |
I have an older Camrey (1993 w/130K miles) that is really not worth sinking a lot of money into Someone ripped off the antennae, and I've been told that the only way to replace it is to replace the entire antennae wire by removing the dash for $150.

My teenage son has totalled our 1995 Ford Windstar. He is fine, but the car is gone. I figured I would salvage what I could from it before sending it to the boneyard. I have removed the radio with the idea that it might make a nice little stereo system for my shop. I think I ...

| headlight question | 02 Dec 2005 21:19 GMT | 3 |
Any idea why my highbeams work but not my lowbeams. Replaced headlights but still have the problem. I thought a recent radio replacement screwed something up but had them check everything they did with no results. They think there might be a relay that went bad. Fuses are ok.

| Identifying Clifford alarm | 02 Dec 2005 07:38 GMT | 7 |
I bought a car with a Clifford alarm installed. I don't have any of the arm/disarm fobs, and the alarm itself isn't doing me any good. I'd like to disable or remove it, but don't know what model it is. I've seen suggestions from other people here to just google for the FCC number.

| Sony Head unit / phoenix gold problem | 01 Dec 2005 15:04 GMT | 3 |
I have a phoenix gold ZX475ti amp connected to a sony head unit. I have had it working great for a week but now when i wind up the amp, the head unit shuts down. I have checked that the power going to the head unit doesn't dip and the remote amp switch on is not the problem.
