about this unit let alone how to use it.  The display reads "ALL OFF"

The sub that I have that will be running my JL Audio 10W3's is a MTX
250D.  Do you guys think that this amp will be sufficient to power
these drivers?  It has an RMS of 350.

The radio in my 1996 Dodge Caravan cuts out suddenly,  goes completely dead
for a week or so and then just as mysteriously resumes working. Clock within
radio goes dead and recovers as well. Any ideas?
