I recently installed a Panasonic 9801 head unit in my Panoz AIV Roadster. Installing the backstrap is not an option in this car, or at least, I have not figured out a way. The car manufacturer also says they have no idea how to attach one either.

Whenever I turn the volume 3/4 of the way, my front door windows start vibrating against the window rail. What's the best way to silence this noise? Would dynamatting the doors stop it?

I purchased Pioneer TS-G1040R 4" speakers for the front dash. The problem I encounted was that the tweeter stuck out to far. According to Crutchfield (whom I did not buy them from), you can use the factory mounting brackets, grill, etc. There is a metal dash reinforcer that

I bought an old beater toyota with a Pioneer casette seck in it. It will scan for FM fine but I want to manually goto each FM frequency, particularly 88.1, can't figure howto. No manual.Any thoughts??? Thanx in advance.

just tried installing a new unit in wifes car got it working but when i switch the unit on there is no sound the only way to get it to work is to unplug the iso plug for the speakers and reconnect it. I've checked the wiring and that seems ok
