I know there are DVD head units with video screens, and there are also
CD-R units which can play MP3s off of a burned CD...is there a head unit
which can play MP3s off of a DVD though? I want to be able to burn 5-6

This stuff is all virtually unused and comes in the original boxes.  I can't find any of this gear
