I have a Kenwood KDC-MPV5025 and I can not get a data CD-R with MP3s on it to play. I had one at one time that did work and it has been lost so I burned about 20 CD-Rs trying to get it to work again with no luck. When I put the CD-R in it says Reading for about 2 minutes and then

I've gotten a broken Kenwood Excelon KDC-X859 CD/MP3 head unit (vintage 2002). A bad faceplate ribbon cable; I can NOT believe Kenwood does stand behind this

I recently purchased a set of Infinity 6.1 - 6.5" component speakers. I planned to fit them in the front doors of my Mk3 Astra. I purchased a special mounting kit to allow for the fact that the speakers are so deep but when I tried to fit the speakers they still needed another 2cm

When the unit is changing CD tracks there is a low level, fairly low frequency 'blubbering' sound from all speakers. This is the only time I hear it, and it's quiet enough that it's not objectionable. Could it be the stepping motor is poorly filtered or something like that? Not ...
