I have an Infinit Basslink 200W hooked up directly to my battery (amp is built in) and a JVC headunit with 2 Rockford Fosgate 3" and 2 RF 5.25" connected. When I turn the volume up, there is no distortion, but the stereo cuts out on louder parts of the song. It almost sounds like

So... I lurked for a week or two, posted for a bit, and sat back to see what happens... This is where all the old schoolers went -- away. this sh*t is exhausting to look at. It was when I left, and it is now. Face it we were ALL n00bies at one point - no, our umbilical chords ...

| 1970 Chevelle Radio Schematics/Manuals? | 21 Sep 2006 01:50 GMT | 4 |
I've been working on repairing the original radio from my brother's '70 Chevelle, and although I've got it working now at low volume, as soon as the volume gets turned up a bit the audio amp goes into oscillation and all one hears is a solid tone. There are a couple of old
