I recently installed a Jensen VM9510 that I got second hand. I had to
order the head unit's wiring harness from Audiovox/Jensen, and I
paired it to an aftermarket harness adapter that fits my car (I've had
experience with this sort of install).

I have put dozens of stereos in, but for some reason I cannot get volume to  
factory speakers with a new unit install.  All other features appear to
work.  Does this mean the internal amp is blown?  Has anyone see this?
