In the top of my engine cover, there are leaks in the cap that is

I have a 1991 GMC Safari van, 4.3L motor that suddenly doesn't start.

I am looking for info on a Toyota 2T or 3T 5-speed transmission.
Specifically, what cars they used in in the U.S.? Toyota calls this
